Let's see...

Today I noodled on the pool with my sister for 30 minutes.

Yesterday I walked 1 mile to the pool, swam 500 yds, got out of the pool and took a bunch of photos of the 35+ kids and their camp counselors wearing outdoor shoes on the pool deck, emailed them to the county health director, then finished 400 more yards swimming while being very satisfied that the lifeguards cleared out all the MRSA-FECES-PUKE-LAWNCHEMICAL wearing people.

The day before that I swam for 50 minutes.

In about 30 minus I'm going to Denver for a 3 day training. With the fires on that side of the Rockies, and three 8 hr training days, I decided to start a short round of prednisone.
