Saturday triked 5.1 miles, swam 500 yds (since Steve's counting decimals, so am I grin )
Monday triked 3.1 miles, swam 600 yds
Tuesday triked 2.3 miles
Wednesday triked 5.5 miles, swam 1/2 mile... bumped into the end of the pool twice. :facepalm:
