Hey Team

My husband has driven us around the south west for 4,500+ miles. I feel mostly human when we're on the road, but as soon as we stop my heart gets really heavy again. What's up with that?

We've landed in western Colorado for a few weeks ~ I think... so today I swam 1,100 yds in about 40 minutes.

I feel like I'm 1,100 years old, but evidently my body is still willing to take me swimming.

I've been watching the action here daily. It makes my heart happy that you're all moving it so you don't lose it.
