I dunno. All I can tell you is that some days I get finished swimming and I'm a shaking sweaty mess with a weird heartbeat for a couple of hours afterward. I usually feel a bit too tired on those days, and swim anyway, but we're all tired all the time anyway... Right? I used to run for days at 6mph and now the best I can do is about 2-2.5mph. Maybe kick up the cardio a LOT SLOWER that you are? And tell your doc. At least over the phone. clap
