Thanks for posting the link. I need to be more strict with sugar! The goji berries I eat have 10 g sugar per serving! Probably too much. I'm wondering about small amounts of dairy, such as cheese? Ive been having a little daily still. But today I woke with pain so I definitely ate something I shouldn't have. It's day 7 for me with no meds, so I'm doing at least something right! Best of luck- J
