If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hey Shelli: Quote:
Any symptoms that I could experience on this diet? (besides hunger and frustration?)
I think you've nailed it there! It is frustrating, but through patience you will accomplish the healing required.
The oregano oil is somewhat important, but you should not worry about a delay in ordering some of this and in fact with all the other things you are doing it may be 'overkill' at this point, so I suggest wait about three weeks to see how you are doing.
The apple cider vinegar is Ok to use in moderation. It is very different from rice or wine vinegars in that it is malic acid instead of acetic--that is key and most people should avoid the acetic acid types.
The berries have invert sugars and fructose that may be less helpful to the C. albicans, but I'm lukewarm about even this amount of sugar; I don't have the direct experience that Zampieron, et al have, so I trust their statements in this matter more than my instincts. I would again give it three weeks and if you are doing much better, even with the berries, you are probably safe with them.
These diets are a bit bland and boring, but much more interesting than total fasting, which can really take down the fungi and bacteria quickly, but so difficult to maintain no food for two-three weeks and have any kind of social life then. I always remember that I'm in for the long haul, so diet cycles are a temporary inconvenience well worth the effort.
Health to You, John
