Many of the problems we see happening is because man keeps building cities where there is a history of floods,volcanoes or earthquakes. Look at New Orleans, The Indians told the white men not to build there because it is always flooding and the white men built the city below sea level and just asked for trouble. Why do people keep rebuilding in flood planes after their home was flooded out? Stupidity!
