Oh dear, Mig - I hope hope hope they evacuated. I thought they were told not to. My husband and I live right off the ocean in Myrtle Beach SC and we were worried about Ike ourselves as we were preparing for Hanna. I can't take in the size of the storm. They were showing it on the weather channel and it took up almost all of Texas. I was surprised when little baby hanna hit 30 miles from us just how much rain and wind we got and she was just a bitty baby compared to Ike.
I know Michelle was concerned for her pets. I am really concerned now because if she was away at someones house I think she would have updated us on the forum. I will have Michelle and her family and the region in my prayers tonight...Sue!
