If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 9.25 miles in 1 hour and 34 minutes. Heading to Portland next week, we will see if I can put in some miles there.

Yesterday, walked along the canal, catching up with an old friend:
distance?
time? ~45 minutes
it was nice, it poured, it was nice again. we ducked under a covered shops porch. then after the rain, the sun came out and we watched it set, very pretty.
Today: walked the halls with a colleague tonight
distance?
time: ~1 hour

Hi Team! Sorry I've been gone for a week. I have no good excuse, just slacking off on checking in with my times and distance. So, since my last post I've swum/swam(?) laps 2x and noodled 2x, though most of the noodling was playing with kids. Tomorrow I plan to swim laps, but.... well, check back later. GO TEAM!!!

Dow! It worked! I got right into the pool!!! Today I swam 1,000 yds Yesterday my hubby and I attended a balloon release at a ranch up on top of the red cliff country about 30 minutes drive. It was amazing. Day before that I swam 1,000 meters. And now that university pool is open again. Yay! Go TEAM! Good job everyone!

On vacation in Oregon/Washington. Saturday I made a 5 mile run in Seaside. Today ran about 2 miles in Washington, near Amboy. We also hiked thru the Ape caves at the base of Mount St Helens.
