Thank you for your wonderful comments. Our photographer (get this) isn't a professional! She calls herself a hobbyist, and provides this service for people at prices MUCH more reasonable than other photographers. AND, we get a CD of her photos. She was so relaxed, and so much fun. The ice cream was a genuine *god, it's so hot, especially in these clothes, we need ice cream, now* moment. She was walking to her car when she saw us and came back 'wait, wait, I need a photo of that'. She listened to our suggestions, had great ideas of her own, and was all around a great lady. 
We're so looking forward to slipping into that comfortable relationship you're speaking about. To be a bit Dickens-ish about it, it is the best of times, it is the worst of times. Saying goodbye to each other so soon was the toughest so far, yet somehow doing it as man and wife makes us feel more grounded. The proverbial double-edge sword.

Thank you Wind Rider! We love sharing our photos with the folks at KA, so thank YOU for looking over them. I felt deliriously happy that day, and I think Loz felt pretty happy too. Oh Ansram. We didn't mean to sneak up on you with this... honest we didn't. Here's the very abbreviated version. We met many years ago on KA. Fell in love. Have been doing a long-distance relationship for 2 years, Loz proposed in March, we got married on September 9th, and we're now waiting for immigration to grant me my settlement visa. Hiya Carol  It really, truly is our pleasure to share with everyone at KA. Quite frankly, we never cease to be blown away by the response here. We're so touched to have so many friends from far and wide wishing us well. It's a bit overwhelming if you step back for a moment to think about it. I can't speak to forever, but we're both verrry happy right now. And I could lay a pretty safe bet on forever. Many hugs to you Carol. Hoping to meet you sometime on the other side of the pond. Speaking of smiles, what a gorgeous smile you've got there Rose! Definitely the sort that lights up a room.  Thank you for your sweet words. It's really special to hear people say that we look perfect together, because that's exactly how we feel.  Being together is so so easy, and something that we don't ever take for granted. I really wanted to see your pictures of the wedding but unfortunatley our server here at work has put up a firewall so I am unable to see your pics...I thinks its because the site you use for your pics has the word 'virgin' in the title...but I'm sure you both looked wonderful...."Congrats to you both"
