The tip . . . sorry to make you jealous! If you practice, you can do it I'm sure. I learned it when I was a kid and liked Bewitched. I think I can try to instruct you in this: You know how everyone can raise one eyebrow? Well, you have wiggling control over the OTHER side of the nose, at the end. You practice moving that side, and then LEARN how to transfer that to the other side of the nose, and then go back and forth, flexing boths sides alternately, and it wiggles the end! (I was just thinking of that show -- not only did they have to get the actress they liked, and I think she was the producers wife actually, but she had to have this nose-wiggling-talent, since this was before the day of digital alterations on the screen. What you saw was the real thing. So I'm sure it's learn-able! Rest assured!)
