If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Look up 'wrist tenosynovitis' and see if it matches your symptoms. Hand pain is so annoying, isn't it?
I was having similar issues, went to my primary care doc and ended up with a diagnosis of carpal tunnel, but splints didn't do any good for me. Knowing I had pinched nerves in my neck (2 levels shown on MRI) and knowing I had pain along a dermatomal path in my shoulder, I asked the pain mgmt doc if she thought an epidural injection in the cervical area would do anything for the hand/wrist pain. She said it was worth a try. Not sure if it was this injection or just the steroid effect, but my hand pain and swelling has been gone since that time (2 weeks ago). For me, if that pain returns, I'm likely going to go see the hand specialist for an eval.
DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away. Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2 SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9
