If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I hate wrist PAIN, turning knobs, pouring coffee, or if someone justs bumps into it I want to cry. Ice kinda helps, I get strict with my diet I take out all grains, dairy , beef and nightshades. So I eat salad with cut up chicken and some honey mustard dressing for a few days to get myself feeling better. I also like the lidocaine ointment from my dr., its a prescription. It is in a little tube like neosporin and feels like vaseline but it numbs the affected area for at least an hour or so; it actually does work. Wrist pain is no fun, I sure hope you feel better soon. Have you tried the No Starch Diet?
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
