In the course of dealing with the ankle, then the toe, I've discovered that both heels hurt a lot now, most metatarsal heads hurt, as well as the 5th metatarsal base on right foot and both arches and the sheath of tendon around back of heel. Having already had both feet operated for plantar fasciitis, I'm dismayed to have this much problem with feet. Much of the pain predates the ankle, so that wasn't the cause. Me suspects disease progression despite the MTX. Rheumy visit this coming week. Going to point-blank ask about biologics. Very tired of this pain.
