My past experience with various diets ( low starch, low protein, etc.,)
--- Initially noticeable decrease in pain, over months ups/down in pain/stiffness ( unreliable), significant drop in weight and increased frustration, no decrease in AS ( ESR high)

Now Iam in complete remission (normal ESR) for several months (thanks to sunlight).

My conclusion with diets: Food pyramid is the best theory at this point in time.

No medicine/device can replace good lifestyle ( yoga/meditation, fresh food, fresh air, good water, normal sunlight, .... ).
