Hi there, losing weight is definitely a factor in some people's pain levels. Did you know that 10lbs of extra weight equates to 150lbs in extra load on the joints? That blew me away when I heard it.
You know, the problem with low carb diets (not necessarily talking about the NSD here) in general is that when people lose the weight, they start eating carbs again and their weight goes back up.
It really is a sticky wicket, isn't it.
