If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

So I get some pain in my hands from time to time. My left index finger, proximal interphalangeal joint would swell. An injection of steroid into the joint worked every time.
But now it's my right middle finger. It's been injected twice. The swelling has improved some but it's still there and it's a really awful finger to have involved because that's my dominant hand and you use your middle finger as the fulcrum.
Not sure what the next step is.

Can commiserate. Both hands. OA. Plus trigger finger, both hands : ring left; middle, right.
Some of the worst now, is the root of both thumbs, especially the R. hand.
Suggest try hot oil, hot wax treatments. Keep hands warm - finger less gloves / mittens ! Being a fella, probably not too keen ? Use at home then.
Alternatives ? Try turmeric. Is an anti-inflammatory. Does work, help.
So, for me : Trigger finger. Root of thumbs. OA. Nodules. Inflammation, pain.
I keep control by use of diet, and also low dose Naltrexone and use of warmth.
Hope this might help - but seems to be typical spondy stuff...!!

All the time! I have random swellings one finger, then a different finger, top part of a finger, bottom flange of a finger, left side of a finger, right side of a finger, palm of the hand...LOL. one time I just took a month of photos for the doctor when my HUMIRA was failing. She was actually amazed at how weird and varied it all was. And yes, it makes the hand unusable because you cannot close the finger around anything. My hands are starting to twist, rather like Rheumatoid arthritis hands but I don't have that..OH well.
Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. Plato

Before I went NSD I had pain in the joints of my hands and fingers a lot. When I would fall off the wagon start eating starch back it came. Had trouble tying my shoes. I have not had any trouble for a long time. Good luck with finding a solution that works for you. ETTE. Darrel

My husband had tingles in his finger joints several years ago that got better when he gave up tea and coffee Then he got flares in his joints; swelling and pain. This subsided when he went low starch He occasionally has finger swelling from reacting to stuff in his diet. This resulted in giving up other non starchy foods ( eg tomatoes, cheese) and cheap meat. For example he will react to regular ground lamb. But he is fine with Organic lamb. Processed foods, additives and spices are no-no.
He has many vits and minerals including tumeric to reduce inflamation
