Remicade no longer working. Already been on Humira & Enbrel too.

Has anyone been on Xeljanz for BOTH AS & Crohn's?

Went to GI doc yesterday and he has to write to the insurance company for it for approval. He says it is approved to treat both AS & Crohn's.

Hoping anyone who has had success with this drug will confirm that.

Thank you.

There's a post in Anti-TNF forum about this; sounds promising. If you try, hope you share your results. Best wishes

Is Cimzia not an option? Or Simponi? Or are those not covered by your insurance? While I can't say much good for Simponi (other than their auto-injector is very gentle to use), I've got high praise for Cimzia, which I've taken for over 2.5 yrs.

DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
