If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I ate 2 apples for breakfast. Felt hungry after 2 hours and had one apple. Feeling hungry and has been taking an apple an hour.
I am wondering, if this is, then how to manage after dinner.
Any thoughts / suggestions.

Hi Jay, I started mine yesterday. I have been using apples and coconut oil with extras virgin olive oil to cure cravings. Also when you feel hungry drink a bunch of water maybe with lemon juice. I also have apple juice and apple sauce lol it sucks especially with too many apples you start going to the bathroom and your stomach goes haywire. Nice cleanse it seems. So far so good on day 2. At least they taste good!
There's just no way around not feeling hungry the first three days of a fast. Once you get past that then it's way easier. I have gone a week before only having 500 calories a day. Not that many people are into fasting that long.
My stomach growled at me all day yesterday, it's normal and it sucks. Especially if you smoke marijuana for pain! Argh. Just tough it out, I feel great today and even have a date. Whoa!

Hi, Thank you. I am about to complete day 1. I am unable to take more than one apple at a time. Taking one apple at an interval of 1 - 1.5 hrs.

Hi, Jay:
Until I learned that AS starts in the gut, I was never able to finish the 3 days of apples because ...THEY MAKE ME HUNGRY!!
FASTING was always easier; it takes four or five days to clear up a flare...sometimes eleven days for the more severe hip bursitis.
I drank apple juice, but black coffee is allowed (not a coffee drinker...). Most important thing is last half of final day take about four ounces total (sipping by teaspoonful to avoid the gag factor) EVOliveOil...some lemon juice could be added.
Hope You can finish; it is SO WORTH the effort and temporary inconvenience.
HEALTH, John

HiJohn, I am into 3rd day. Have not taken anything except apple. Today I feel little tired. I read 3 spoon of olive oil to be taken to complete the fast. But you mentioned 4 ounces (110 gm). Is that to be taken raw as it is.

Hi, Jay:
Raw...cold pressed as all EVOO should be.
Less than 4 oz is acceptable; I was not able to get it all down the first time and amounts varied in the Cayce readings, depending upon the person. In my view, the more the better because EVOO is healing and cleansing, also.

Hi John, I completed the fast. I took 6 teaspoon of EVolive Oil in 3 sessions. I have not observed any change in pain level. Presently I am confined to my house with lot of restriction in movement. I have taken one dose of Exemptia (adalimumab) and waiting for results.
Dera Folks, Can anyone taken Humira tell how much time it took to get the result. Whether IFT can be taken while on Humira?.
Regards.
