If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Assuming one can tolerate refined white sugar, is brown sugar also ok? If I recall from pre-AS days, brown sugar is white sugar plus molasses. But that was before I had to pay attention to hidden starches. What do you all think?
Husband diagnosed with AS in '92. Enbrel appx 2011- March 2013 when ER doctor temporarily terminated. Grateful to have finally found Kickas in April 2013 and NSD since May 2013. Since NSD no need to resume Enbrel. Enbrel only helped hip pain, did not touch chest pain. Since NSD, both hip and chest pain have improved. Still takes pain and other pills daily, but far fewer.

Brown sugar is fine, if you don't have anything against sugar in general.
AS symptoms started 1991. Official dx in 2006 with HLA-B27+, fused SIJ, bone spurs in back, extreme rib/hip pain, and other family with SpA. Started Enbrel in 2006 with good results, but stopped in 2010 due to nerve damage (MS) from it. Getting good results with no-starch diet since 2011.
