I have one of those squishy microbead travel pillows that goes under my neck when I am on my back - it seems to keep my neck in a good position so that I don't wake with that headache as often. If you really are having problems getting comfortable in bed at the moment, you might want to try sleeping in a recliner armchair a bit. I know some folk spend half the night in the recliner and half in bed and that can help.

My chiro does help me with that kind of pain.

I am one to sleep in the recliner part if not all of the night.

A good bed can make a difference unless you've tried that.

I've slept with ice.

I go to sleep with a muscle relaxant. Used to also take a hot shower or bath just prior to bed when I needed it, that was helpful.
