Really sorry, haven't a clue if I'm doing this right. Not sure if this should be a new topic, or post, or what.

I am just trying to share some low starch recipes with folks who actually might like to use them. My blog is new and not brilliantly organised yet! But I will get there! I'm not earning from it, it's purely that low starch has helped my pain a lot and I love to cook, so would like to share in the hope it helps someone.

If this is the wrong place to have posted, I do apologise, if someone could direct me, I'd be thrilled! smile

I talk about my AS journey in a lighthearted way alongside the recipes.

You blog is so much fun to read!! You've got a really fun style of writing that makes it so easy to relate to you, (espeically when I have AS too)!

Thank you for sharing!!! I love to read new ideas of how to mix up the no starch foods in our diet spectrum.

I write a blog too with low starch / no starch recipes: http://bettyrawker.com/

xoxo,
Andrea

I'm now a KICK AS (and Kick IBD) success story!! After going low starch Paleo to heal my gut, I can now eat nearly all starches, grains & foods without inflammation, flare-ups, or pain. I used a modified SCD diet approach (minus dairy! plus cacao ♥). Cheers to healing & thriving again! I blog at http://www.forestandfauna.com/about/

Hi,

I like the blog, love the dwarves analogy smile

I shall have to try the pizza looks like an interesting way of using up leftover cooked chicken.

Thanks Ally, the pizza is one of my faves and yes, don't our dwarves change daily! smile

Andrea, looking forward to trying some of your recipes! Looks good, thanks for sharing, I am following you now.

Is there anywhere else on here that people share recipes that I might find people to share ideas with or am I in the right place?

Oh, thanks Violeta! Glad you enjoyed them! I think if you've got AS you perhaps get my sense of humour a little more! You've got to laugh some days huh? wink

Loved the blog...

Did you ever find if elderly lady wanted to see fireworks or was just lost?

Take care,

Tim

Thank you Tim! Oh, you folks are nice! I don't know on the old lady, I've made a new friend anyway..she waves at me everytime I pass her window now...never comes out, just waves, maybe she's scared I'll march her off somewhere again :-/

Thanks for reading the blog!
