Wow its been a long time since I have been here. I guess an explanation is in order, other than my stupid selfish pride I really don't have one. AS has become a factor in all that is me and I thought I could handle the fight on my own. Maybe I have tried my own 12 step program for comming to grips with the fact life just won't ever be the same. There are people right here that daily live through far worse than I do and never complain about the hand they have been dealt. Those people are my hero's. It is too easy complaining about things we can not change I have been guilty of falling into that trap. AS sucks but it is only one part of our lives, if I had remained active here I would have known that. By the way whats up with the chat room is it still working? Frankie

Glad to see you post. AS pain is AS pain so don't think that any is less egregious than anyone elses. I know this crap has made me at various points in my life to behave like someone who has lost his mind. I don't know how anyone avoids some sort of explsosion from the spectre of a life of dealing with this. Glad you're back. Good to see ya back. Many new good friends have joined us here. Stick around and let us know how you are doing.
I have an uncle who lived in Bartlesville many years ago. I spent several months working construction in Muskogee and Enid. I also worked in a small town near the panhandle, I think it was Gymon, or something similar. But I prefeered the eastern part of Okla. myself. At least they got trees, lakes and rivers there. Gosh! Its been about 20 something years, but I remember a lake by the odd name of Tenkiller, is that right?
