Here's another great exercise for upper body posture correction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=oKSQQ3UpeWsFor us spondys, I would suggest doing this right here where you are on a computer chair (if you're on your laptop, go sit on the computer chair, or at least on a firm backed dining room chair.... Do this 10x, twice daily. The key is SLOWLY and hold that neck elongation and chin tuck!
