For us spondys, I would suggest doing this right here where you are on a computer chair (if you're on your laptop, go sit on the computer chair, or at least on a firm backed dining room chair....

Do this 10x, twice daily. The key is SLOWLY and hold that neck elongation and chin tuck! yes
