If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

between your photos of where you walk and your descriptions of going to yosemite....think you live in a beautiful area! though i only went to yosemite once, very fond memories. was looking on the map for what you were describing above, brought back more memories. we stayed in yosemite west at the perigrine b&b, it was a perfect place to stay. the only regret: had car trouble and so were not able to get down to see the giant sequoias, maybe some day though. my husband has seen them and assures me that they truly are impressive. thanks for sharing your experiences.

You would not want to go at any one else's speed:). I just get upset because my speed this year is slower than last year. It is better to do it than not. Good Job.

Today and day before yesterday I swam a total of 2,000 yds in 70 minutes. It is SO much easier to swim at sea level. The house in WA is packed except for the closets. Then all we have to do is finish up the garage sale tomorrow and we're off to CO.

Thursday stats: km1 : 60 min Evening friends! we had a beautiful day today! hubby planted a nectarine tree for me this afternoon! Still hoping for some rain over here. My thoracic is on fire for about a week now. I've got to start searching for a new rheumy. Humidity is horrible for me come summer. Art had hung up some lovely fiesta decorations on our house and our white picked fence. It would seem some mean person has decided to pass along our sidewalk and cut one off each day. We have 4 cut. Straight cut off. Last night they cut the string in half that art had carefully secured on the fence in two spots. Bubba is usually out patrolling the front but the last two weeks with the heat he's been inside a bit more. I told him no more marshmallow bunnies till he catches the criminal! Just frustrating as money is tight and it was the treat i squeaked a few pennies out for and my children loved it. My teen was very dissapointed this morning when she saw what they did. And my teen is usually the type to notice much when she's a grumpy mess in the school mornings. But she did today and was not a happy camper. Oh well--we are repainting the fence so we'll try got get one replacement set in a couple of weeks. After we paint the fence. More biofreeze and norco for me tonight! I wish we would get some rain. Keep on going team mates! This place is so inspiring! When I tuck and roll out of bed and wince, I remember that I can roll back and forth in pain or roll back and forth till i'm outta bed. lol. Then i crab walk till i'm an upright human again! Gooooo team!

Sat stats: KM1-3 and f2f combined: 120 min. Hello friends, The center had a women's seminar to teach women how to protect themselves from a rape attack or home invasion scenario. So they combined all levels together! Needless to say there was only 2 females in our big combo class. Buggy and another new member. I am exhausted and dont think i'll be painting today. I'll supervise! lol My regular partner was out due to car troubles but we'll be back together in class come monday hopefully. Too hot out here today at 94! BUT, on a more positive note....my yellow espereranzas are blooming today! yahoo! those are my yellow bells! If I can keep my mom's crazy lab from storming past them and laying on them for naps, they should be okay...otherwise my blood pressure will be rising this summer with that crazy big pup! Goooo team!!

such a pretty day! at my grad school alma mater for a local undergrad research symposium in the AM, so stuck around campus and walked around taking photos. hadn't done that since around 1990! even though i've been back in town since 2003. it was fun. the weather was perfect, a bit cool, but bright and sunny. the pink and white cherry trees and crab apples in full bloom, so pretty! pretty yellow forsythia and daffadils too! spring has sprung!
walked: 1.5 miles, 45 minutes.

erica, good luck with the move! buggy, grrr to mean people! the nectarine tree sounds lovely! and remember you describing your yellow bells last year! why in search of a new rheumy, if i may ask? hope you find a good match i don't do well in humidity either! grew up in southern NJ. then after upstate NY for about 8 years, back to MD and then VA, tons of summer humidity down there. but back in upstate NY, cold long winters but lovely summers! lisa and steve,
