i put blue menthol gel on them, helped temporarily, but throbbing again! time for contrast bath!

Today I swam 1,000 yds in 28 minutes. I think that's my best time ever. And thanks to the free coaching from the swim team lifeguards, my neck doesn't hurt anymore after swimming.

Yesterday I ran 4.26 miles in 41:51 minutes.
I am having a hard time sleeping at night. My legs keep jerking. I think it may be related to MS, but I don't know. Running is hard when you have not had a good nights sleep in several days.

Yesterday and the day before I swam 2,400 total yds in about average time.

And Sunday afternoon I went for a 1.5 mile walk with my niece.

I'm impressed that you're able to run with the insomnia. It just trashes me when I lose sleep.

Are you getting enough potassium? Of course you've probably already thought of this. When I ran, WAY back in the day, I took a homeopathic "cure" for twitchy legs called Calms Forte.

My legs have been behaving badly the last couple of days as well. Sorry your are so jumpy. frown

2 more hours of aerobics and strength training/stretching.

then yesterday walked a mile with my cub scouts picking up litter. we hid easter eggs in amongst the litter for them to find too. it was fun, but my feet and hands are screaming, lol.
