OK...

I grew up in States and was there for their bicentenial back in 1976, but was very small. I just lived through bicentenial in Argentina today as they celebrated 200 years.

What country can I move to next to celebrate their bicentenial smile

here's a good link to start with:

Upcoming Bicentennials

just clicking on mexico, looks like they will be celebrating sept 15th and november 20th 2010, just a few months away!

the wiki entry states that many of the central and south american countries will be celebrating through the 2010s.

enjoy the parties! looks like you're in the right part of the world to do so! LOL!

i remember the 1976 bicentennial celebrations; i was in the scouts at the time, junior high aged, and did a lot to celebrate our countries history. i learned a lot of history that year. was very interesting, and fun. also remember the tall ships. and my brother's graduation......oh, everyone didn't celebrate that! thought the country was throwing a party just for him!

Well since you're on a streak and they siay (woever the mystical "they" are) that things happen in threes, I wpuld play the longevity angle.

Yep go =for a newly formed country. Maybe Montenegro formerly part of Yugoslavia. Nice Mediteranean coast and just became an independent country in June of 2006. That means your still waliking about in 2206. Yep if I'm you I'm heading to Montenegro.

Hey Steve,

This reminds me of the quote... "I am going to live forever... so far so good" May have been George Carlin (obviously if him, he did not fulfill quote)

When do you think they will start with tickets for event?
