Beloved,
I would ask for prayers.
The last day I walked in the woods I knew I was having my old breathing problem again. So I am back on inhalers. That is not such a big thing if they help, right? But also we have been checking my oxygen saturation; some times it is in the upper 80”s in %. Tho Lin has the flu, her’s is 97%. Me thinks this is why I am so dog gone tired all the time. My sinuses are plugging every night so it is hard to use the C-Pap machine when I can’t breath. But who needs oxygen any way?
This may explain some of my strange behavior and lack of appropriate participation in the important things in life? Some of you expected I should have my head examined, it has no oxygen!!! I didn’t think it would get worse, it did, so what, I still love you guys, this place and my lord.
Remember all those who died for us on this important weekend so many years ago, Dec. 7th, 1941.

Lon - are you getting this checked out? To try and figure out the cause of the problem? I'm worried for you, dear friend, and hope that this improves soon. Will keep you in my thoughts.

Big hugs

hugss

Went on a hike this morning, it was bitter cold 14 degrees. Headed south along the river and climbed out on a bluff. Looked down on the river with ice floes crashing into each other, a few ducks were swiming in the eddies. Found myself thinking about Lon and the outdoors. Everytime I am outdoors alone anymore I seem to think of Montana and our God man. I wish you the best Lon. I hope that God has many more days planned for you, trails to walk and old bucks to chase. Never, never, never give up!

Lon, of course you have my prayers! And Lin too - she's suffering with the flu (hope it's not H1N1, yikes!). You've got to stay on top of the lung stuff too or it gets worse.....

Sending prayers

lon, thinking of you and hoping you feel a bit better,

my stepfather has some problems with his heart and gets winded so easily but has found ways of compensating, a nap each day being one of them, walking 1 mile instead of more, and on his good days, he does a bit more,

hope you go to the doctor, he/she may be able to help,

Lon, I am so sorry that you are having the breathing problems. I will be praying for you that the inhalers work and that your sinuses clear up. I will also be praying for Lin to get over the flu quickly.

Hugs and Blessings

Lon,

Is this your oxygen saturation at night when you're at rest, or during the day when you have been active?

Either way, it is of concern, and you need to see the doc immediately, to sort out what they can do to help increase your O2 saturation levels. Do you have a COPD diagnosis, or just sleep apnoea?

Take care my friend,

Louise
