This company offers a large selection of the freshest herbal tea blends:

You can also buy just your favorite herbs and make your own blend, I do this with chamomile and spearmint.

Hi there, I seem to have turned to tea when I went NSD too. One thing I discovered in specialty stores (thanks to my mom who got me into this) was infused honey. Right now my favorite is ginger infused organic honey - it can add a punch to any old tea.

here are some of my favorites:

sleepytime by Celestial Seasonings
calm by Tazo
ginger-peppermint by Alvita
plain peppermint
plain chamamoile

i have an herb garden in the summer. i like mixing anise hyssop (just a little) with lemon verbena and any kind of mint.

i also like fresh grated ginger, cinnamon, and honey.....my recipe.

anything with rosehips is too acidic for my tummy.
