If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks to all of you for help. I am still not a success story, but I have a determination and need a help from all of you who have already have had success. Since I know "GUT HEALING" is a must. What are the best measures that I should take? Back, shoulder and neck pain It all depends uopn how strict I am. Because, unlike most people I am very, very, very sensitive to starch. MY $64000.00 question is even though turmeric and ginger are starchy, will i be better of with drinking them as a tea for medicinal value...??? I know they are very powerful herbs which i been eating forever and i wish I could continue. Since i already have one autoimmune disease i dont want any more diseases..... Your help will be appreciated.... Namaste

NO way in my book - I would avoid the spices. I am sensitive enough that having either of those two alone would kill the NSD. It *might* be possible that making tea keeps you from seeing any starch though - test carefully to be sure. Yoga/meditation are also NSD

Thanks Bill for your comment "Yoga/meditation are also NSD"
I have made YOGA as part of my life. Yoga helps fight of the residual stiffness of NSD. Since I have not gone to yoga class for a week because of "scheduling matter" i notice stomach bloating and stiffness creeping up to me.
I am also trying not to avoid these herbs(garlic, ginger tea and turmeric). i guess they do good more than they harm us. After all AS is not only the disease that one can have.

Spices are starchy. You MUST avoid them until you are 100% pain free. Only then can you test them, and see how much you can tolerate.
Back, neck and shoulder pain was NOT eliminated for me with NSD alone. It was not until I eliminated ALL sugars, including dairy and fruit, that I was able to get rid of that pain and stiffness. It took 3 months. And I could not tolerate fruit back in my diet for 10 months, but now I can eat all the fruit I want, and I am pain free. But I still cannot tolerate dairy.
Alcohol and nuts also had to be eliminated. I can now tolerate in moderation.
