hi kat,

saw your comments about allergies and thought i'd respond.
growing up, i was the only family member without allergies,
but in my 20s they started.....a few bad weeks in the spring....
late 20s a few bad weeks in the spring and fall....
early to mid 30s....a few bad months in the spring and fall....
then it seemed like all the time.....age 35, enter zyrtec.....
no side effects, but i feel like a person without allergies....
the stuff has really given me quality of life,
was feeling pretty miserable before it....lots of gunk in throat,
constant congestion headache, stuff in eyes.....
if i ran out and went a few days without, i could feel it,
now its over the counter, so i shouldn't run out....

just thought i'd tell you how much i like the stuff....
and the commercials are right..."good for both indoor and outdoor allergies"
don't know if i'll eventually need allergy shots, but for now, i'm good.

then again, you may be like my husband....he complains about allergies, but doesn't take anything for them because they're just a little annoying.

and i agree.....i can't even imagine making my environment allergen free.....i love being outside....i adore my parrot.....i'm not going to spend my days dusting....
