If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

today i blew the budget and bought myself this massage chair!!
i am pretty happy about it!! anyone have one and can it be beneficial? i am just imagining sitting in it after a hard day, feet up, glass of wine, listening to some tunes, heaven!!
been going through a rough time lately. as well as having 2 small children (4 and 1) i also care for my grandmother who is 93. she has a very bad fall and came home from hospital yesterday, she needs help with pretty much everything so i am pretty tired at them moment. also had the results of my colonoscopy about 6 weeks ago and i have Ulcerative Colitis.
looking forward to the chair arriving!!
Christine

Hi Christine,
I've been looking into getting a massage chair (actually, I was hoping my family would pitch in to get it for me), but I wasn't sure how therapetic it would be for me. Like you I have 2 small children and a very challenging life so the idea of sitting on a massage chair after facing one of my inforgiving days sounds like heaven! Please let me know how the chair works out for you.
I hope your grandmother is better soon and I hope you get some well deserved rest!
Sera.

I dont think you can go wrong with one, me and my husband would love to have one too.
Once you get it and test it out let us know how you like it.

Hi sydney
The chairs are wonderful, but I would suggest sitting in it for short times in the begiining, I got one 4 years ago and probably over did it in the beggining, the next day I had aweful backache. We have it on our computer chair.
My son has a condition intialled FAP, his treatment is the same for UC. He takes an antibiotic for 5-14 days and then takes a PRO BIOTIC VSL#3 for 30 days. Because of his condition he takes the VSL continually. This works wonderfully for anyone who has irritable bowel, and that just about is everyone with ankylosing spondylitis.
You will get your rewards in Heaven my darling for want you are sacrificing, it is very hard for anyone with AS to care for someone else as this disease in many is crippling. Just remeber that you have an oulet here for all your woes. I am such a mess most of the time and I often wonder how I get through the day. My daughter is going to go through major surgery June.
I f you haven't heard about this treatment before please ask your doctor about it as it really works and if any of you guys out there with IBS are struggling to get a hold of your bowels try this. Ask your doc about the powdered VSL#3 as most insurance companies will cover the powder not the pills otherwise it is available over the counter. The antibiotic is usually alinia or metronidazole.
PM me anytime ok hugs Mellie

Christine,
Happy Mother's Day and you did a good thing in getting yourself a chair to help loosen you up.
