Hello to all!
I want to begin my telling you all how happy and relieved I am to finally be able to have a venue where I can speak, read and learn about my newly diagnosed but certainly not newly felt condition. I have been visiting this heaven sent site for several weeks and although I have remained anonymous to all of you, your posts and insights have been very helpful and therapeutic to me. So THANK YOU!
After many suspicious and undiagnosed medical anomalies, I was finally diagnosed with AS. Although the news is not great, I've got to be honest in saying that I'm relieved to finally have some validation to my pain!
I'm off to my rheumatologist's appointment. I justed wanted to post my first message and say hello!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative
Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

hi,
welcome. i have found everybody here to be so supportive and knowledgeable and feel blessed to have stumbled across this site. i was diagnosed 7 months ago and am still coming to terms with what this diagnosis means as well.
