If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all, I have just started taking a new contaceptive pill (for me, anyway) called Brevinor. Since I have been taking it I have experienced nausea/vomiting/stomach pains (in that order!) . So much for contaception - it doesn't stay in my system! I went to see my GP for a check up, and he said it was most likely the pill pending my blood test results. I haven't every really had any luck with any form of contraception at all, but the pill seems to be the best of the lot I have tried. I have a question of all you girls/ladies out there: Can anyone recommend a good contraceptive pill? I know every pill works differently with everyone but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations? Thanks Jess

Hey Jess,
I don't know about the specific one you are taking. Personally, I have been on Seasonale for 2 years now and am more than pleased with it. Seasonale is the one where you only menstruate every 3 months. I've also had no side effects from this. Some people feel weird about not getting it every month, but if you're okay with it that is my recommendation.
Hope that helps, Jess

Hey Jess, I have been on Marvelon for the past 7 years (maybe longer!), and it has worked very well for me. Marvelon is monophasic (as is Brevinor), so they work on the same principles - each tablet has the same dose of hormones in it. Perhaps you may be allergic to something else in the pill (the ingredients that hold the pill together). Talk to your doctor about - that's my best suggestion. Take care, Trina
