If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Why is sausage considered a food to avoid?
Also, are hot dogs advisable?
How about salami?
Pork roll?
Thanks.

Those products tend to have modified starch fillers.... I know I react to breakfast sausage in most cases. Found one safe turkey sausage brand at Trader Joes when I lived out west.

I eat a lot of sausage, but I carefully make sure its unadulterated. It's out there. Kosher hot dogs can be good, I get fresh breakfast pork sausage from the butcher area of the supermarket. I'm lucky enough to have an outstanding, genuine german sausage maker in Seattle: http://www.ulisfamoussausage.com/index.aspAs I've found with ice cream, I'm stuck with buying only the best. Sausages commonly have thickeners and fillers using wheat and/or maltodextrose etc. etc. salami has same as well as heavy preservatives and pork has pork fat which is a very marginal food for us and can cause grief in quantity - probably same level as for almonds - a little is fine, indulge at your peril. Which makes me think it may be the fat in almonds that is bad in quantity. Who knows!
