If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all,
I'm wondering if costochondritis is a common compaint of ASers. I'm having intense, sharp pain on my left side. The pain seems to come and go at random. Sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks,
Em

Yes alot of times I think the Drs call it pleurasy or at least they have with me.
It is usually in my chest and it hurts to breathe and for a long time I felt like I was having a heart attack.
I sleep with pillows pressed up against my chest and take alot of steroids and pain pills.
