If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi all,
Really strange question, but I wonder if anyone has ever noticed any connection between the phases of the moon and elevated levels of pain and/or stiffness? I've noticed myself over the past few months that when the moon is full, I seem to have greater stiffness. Today in fact, I noticed I was hurting more than usual. Just out of pure coincidence, I glanced outside and noticed a full moon. Please tell me I'm not crazy. Is there someone / anyone else who has noticed the same thing?
Thanks, Glenn

Well I'll be darned !!! You could be on to something. I have increased pain at the moment and was wondering why. OK, I'm going to keep track.

Maggie,
I hadn't even thought about the moon phase today. I just know that I was hurting quite a bit during last night and today. It was just complete coincidence that I noticed the moon when I looked out the back door. Then it hit me that I was going to try and keep track of it. In a way, I'm glad I noticed it this way. Now it wasn't me imagining pain before looking for the cycle. Please let me know how you feel over the next couple of days.
Glenn

I used to be a Werewolf, but I'm alright "Noooooowwwwwww"!!!
Relations at work were strained with the full moon, also my pain levels had been raising as the moon filled out this month. I'm thinking the weird behaviour is moon related, but the pain is not. Will also check it out for a few months though....

they usually put me out doors for the full moon cycle; the howling generally upsets my neighbors, but they've been very tollarant at this new place...they're happier when a long stake holds me in the yard, cause i can't get away then.
...his hair was perfect...i'd like to meet his tailor...good evening, clarice

Thanks for the chuckle Ben! Werewolves of London... takes me back to my younger days. After Wisconsin Badger hockey games used to head to the pub afterwards to throw down some beers with my Uncle and Brother... the juke box had very few songs we liked, but did have this classic and would play it each time we went. Wisconsin Badgers hockey games, eh Tim? Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they just lose to, oh, the University of Michigan 4-1 to end their season? LOL
Sorry man...with no NHL, I have to take this one feeble shot at some hockey trash-talk. And, if on the odd chance there happens to be some Colorado College grads here, they can give it right back to me, as the boys blew a 3-0 lead last night and lost 4-3 to CC. No trip to the Frozen Four for us either!
OK, now back to our regularly scheduled post...

Hi, Glenn:
Some old people here in Basque Country told me that their pains were worse in the full moon. And like you, last Friday night and Saturday I had more pains than usual. Is not the first time that I checked that in full moon.
Maybe there is one explanation in our gut. Some people here (me too) relates AS with bacteries like Klebsiella Pneumoniae or Chlamidiae, fungus like Candida Albacans, parasites like Giardia... And all these, feel the mooncycles. What is in our bowels but trillions of bacteries and other bugs?

What a bunch of " doubting Thomas's " You may laugh if you like but there are many who swear that the moon has some effect. I have heard many nurses in nursing homes absolutely swear that the full moon effects the behaviour of residents. I have allways doubted all this actually but I have had such a good stretch lately, health wise and have definatly noticed a big change in the last few days. I'm going to monitor over the next few moon cycles. Good thought Glenn.
