If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've found reflexology to be really helpful - it's really helped reduce my pain (although I think some of the pain is due to tension) has anyone had similiar experiences or is it purely a personal thing.....?

Hi Louisa,
I had reflexology for the first time about a week and a half ago. My acupuncturist was wanting to consult with the reflexologist about my treatment. I haven't been having much in the way of pain and symptoms lately except for persistent congestion in my right ear (could be related at least to overall inflammation) which is why I've been going to the acupuncturist. I haven't noticed much difference in anything since I had the reflexology, but I sure did feel relaxed afterward. It was even better than the massages I've gotten.
If it's helping you with pain, I think that's great! If something works, it's worth it!
Best wishes, Paula

Hi Louisa, you'll find that what works for one person doesn't always work for another. Just thought I'd fill you in on that little secret. What it comes down to is, if it makes you feel better, go for it. Reflexology, accupuncture, shiatsu, cranio sacral work, reiki, therapeutic touch, massage therapy ... the list goes on and on. Every one of them has benefits for us, physically and emotionally. It's just a matter of finding the one (or a combination of treatments) that helps ease our pain. Loosening our muscles' stranglehold on our joints can only be a good thing. So, go for it. Hugs,
Kat
