Hi everybody, yesterday evening made some lovely apple compote. I hope this is the right word in english. It's apple-mousse. I hope you understand.
Just washed about 7 apples chopped them in pieces with the skin still on chopped a cup of dried fruits (to make it sweet) cooked it for about 15 minutes.
Ate a cup of this still hot, with some almonds on top. Wonderfull. Have a cup in the fridge for later this day.

Very good with some crushed walnuts and some cinnamon in the apples. Top with a drizzle of REAL maple syrup. mmm...
