If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have pretty intense pain in both my shoulders, but only have occassional restriction in movement. I'm not sure how restricted your movement is, or how much pain your in, but I tell you what I do. I do shoulder shrugs and shoulder circles on a daily basis, which also helps support the neck. When things feel tight, cross one arm across your body, at shoulder height, and grab your elbow with your other hand. Repeat on other side. To stretch the front of the shoulder, if your still flexible enough, put both arms behind your back, and grab your hands. If you are not flexible enough, find someone to gently apply pressure to your arms, pushing you arms closer to each other. The last one feels real good, but you need to set a pulley system up to do it. If you can attach a pulley to the top of a doorway, (or other high area) throw a rope through it, and add some form of handles to each end. The handles should be around head height when you sit in a chair. Once you set that up, sit in a chair, with your back against the wall. Grasp the two handles, and pull down slowly with one hand. As you pull down, your other shoulder will be stretched, and the shoulder pulling will be gaining strength. Alternate arms. I usually do about ten.
Anyway, I don't know what your abilities are, so you should probably check with your Doc before doing anything. Maybe he can recommend something, or maybe refer you to a physical therapist. Good luck!

Hi, Jeremy:
The best exercise is to sit in a chair, and with both hands push away from the table when the starch course is served!
The next best thing is working through the pain (which will only be temporary when you restrict starches) using live weights: First use heaviest possible and just let them pull with no resistance for several minutes, then slowly move one to the front and the other to the rear about the same angle; so you are not off-balance. A few minutes of this before switching to a very light weight and moving each in a circular motion, starting at your sternum; the fullest range of motion is more important than the weight. Exercise, especially including swimming and walking, is very important.
Good luck to You, John

Swimming is unbeatable. ALso a cheap pulley system. Hook it up to a door top and work pulling on ar up overhead as high a you can withother pulling down to assist the armbeing elevated and vica versa.     stevec-they also serve who stand and wait
