If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Guys! Just wondering if anyone with GI problems has had proctitis. I was just reading about it and saw that it can be a side thing with Crohns and colitis. I am about to go into hospital in 2 weeks to have a colonoscopy and gastroscopy done for a few problems I have had for awhile. Ebringer (Roland) thinks I might have gastritis and proctitis. Anyone had anything similar. Thanks and take care. Irene Edited by Irene on 03/13/03 08:27 AM (server time).

Hi, Irene:
I have had both proctitis and diverticulitis. Whether due to AS or the NSAIDs, it is difficult to differentiate, but they certainly are a part of the overall AS experience. I don't put a great deal of faith in the colonoscopy procedure; they did not contrast the obvious inflammation due to ulcerations, but only found some polyps.
Good luck, John

Irene, I've not had anything similar, but I wanted to wish you luck. Hugs, Kat
