A regular MD should be able to order the tests but I don't think they have the experience or mindset in evaluating them.
A functional medicine doctor would have actual training in the area and perhaps a naturopath that knows a lot about infectious diseases. A rheumatologist also orders some of them but sees the results differently (autoimmune or organ damage instead of stealth infection or nutritional deficit.)
