Hi Everyone,

This will be our first Thanksgiving on NSD and I need to make a plan so there will be something on that table my husband can eat besides turkey! We are going to my parents' so I need to bring some safe food for him. Nearly every side dish traditionally is a starch. We often have Brussels sprouts on T-Day, but since going NSD I always make him Brussels sprouts so want to try something different. I know this is an American holiday, but I'd love to hear everyone's ideas. What NSD side dishes do you have on your table?

Mary

Husband diagnosed with AS in '92. Enbrel appx 2011- March 2013 when ER doctor temporarily terminated. Grateful to have finally found Kickas in April 2013 and NSD since May 2013. Since NSD no need to resume Enbrel. Enbrel only helped hip pain, did not touch chest pain. Since NSD, both hip and chest pain have improved. Still takes pain and other pills daily, but far fewer.
