And, ust to reinforce your health position, tell em, that in conjunction with all your other health problems : ankylosing Spondylitis; kidney N.; MS; TOS; Bursitis (pull the big ones by name)- and several other problems, you have just received the devastating news that you now have cancer of... (and IF you also have osteonecrosis of the jaw? then throw that in as well). So, remind em first of the biggies that they should have on record for you, then, throw in the boulder. Floor em. Bring a bunch of paper hankies with you, but don't overplay. 'Pathetic' but very 'brave' lady.
