Part of my problem was the labeling and judgement. You can do it!
Give yourself a break. A spoonful of honey can satisfy a sweet tooth and fried onions a chip craving. The kick comes when you stray.
Activity in the form of excercise will give you momentum.
Chocolate before bed will make for wild dreaming.
