Today I was bad. Had lots of carbs. I will pay for it. But I will go back to fruits for the rest of the day. I think the problem with starches is they make you more hungry, not less. So I will play on my wii and eat fruits. Protein is also a good way to fill up. You can do it. Like was already said, it takes time to change a lifestyle. Be patient with yourself and don't be to hard on yourself if you slip up. Just compensate when you do slip. You will succeed.
