You never have to appologize here. Remember, we understand everything, physical and emotional, that you go through. The emotional rollercoaster ride is normal, not easy, but normal. Just keep reminding yourself that there is light at the end of the tunnel, that it is temporary and the "lows" won't be as long. We have a tendancy to feel guilty, when depressed due to pain, because the world goes on around us and we have to take a detour that no one else understands. Pamper yourself don't beat yourself up and hopefully tomorrow will be a brighter day. The best thing about coming here is that we can complain and not be judged. The fastest road to recovering from the depression is to talk to others who truly understand and feel your pain. The isolation from the rest of the world that goes on without us sometimes is the hardest thing to take so come here and let us feel for you and hopefully healing will come.
