Sweetie, you might want to get a prescription for Nasonex. It's a steroid nasal spray. I used it for a while and my respirologist says I should use it all the time, as I'm in a constant state of congestion from my allergies. I did use it and it did help. I just didn't like inhaling steroids for the rest of my life (something about my nose being so close to my brain). But for short term relief, I'd go for it in a second!!
