I'm not sure why you are passing out, but anemia would probably be one reason. People with AS tend to become somewhat amemic, so it's worth checking into.
I'm with Mig on the donation end of things. As I read your questions, it occurred to me that we could donate our bodies to medical research, to help promote further understand of AS and how it impacts our bodies. Perhaps even what causes it.
