Good question there! I guess I like what folks said...  I guess I would have to agree with Rox's post.....strap the love of my Life...being Arthur to the roof of my car......as he has been in a position YEARS ago.....when we ran out of gas in his tiny little pickup...and I was preggers. We were approaching the exit ramp on the highway....he had to get off and push while I steered....he's "hoofin' it" pushing the truck, then suddenly I dont see him....then he pops back up again.......truck accelerated..he could not keep up. I know I should have felt bad, but I was rather "demented" while I was preggers and laughed till' I had tears in my eyes! So I suppose nothing would shock him now!! I would put my friend in the passenger seat and have the little old lady sit on THEIR lap, and Art on top of roof........with an umbrella of course.. Take care.... Toodles! Angie

Its a hellacious horrible stormy night. First question what is old dying lady doing out. EXACTLY!!! Got to be an act , so no trusting her. Dream love of my life. Again too good too be true so it ain't. Another obvious setup. No trusting her either. I'm a lawyer. No one is saving my life, therefore, busstop character # 3 is also a threat. The answer si I'm hitting the accelerator and getting out of there with no extra passenger because all 3 of them are obviously carjackers working the same corner. If I got my cell phone I'm dialing 911 to have the paddy wagon remove these three obvious felons.   stevec-they also serve who stand and wait

Angie, I would have been laughing so hard I couldn't steer, and I've never been pregnant so I don't even have that excuse. By the way, giving the car to the friend to drive the old woman home while I stay behind and comfort the lover - I like that answer. Before I read that I would have said the old woman, because any friend of mine wouldn't feel like I owe them anything over the needs of a dying old woman soaking wet in the rain. And if my lover wasn't willing to wait until I got back from this errand of human kindness, then I don't want him. Hugs, Kat

Aha! Since there is no such thing as the perfect man - - and since he'd be unbearable to live with anyway, so-called perfect people usually are, I'd give him a pass. Get on your cell phone and call 911 to take care of the little old lady, and offer your friend a ride - - so often friends turn out to be the perfect lover you've been waiting for. I know, because it happened to me (The friend part, not the dark and stormy night ) Cheryl  Dogs don't care if the house is messy

ROFL! You people crack me up! The things we do, tying perfect lovers to the rooves of our cars, stuffing T-shirts down the throats of idiots, and even chasing people around with weedwhackers! I can come here not only when I am in pain or need to vent, but also whenever I just need a good laugh!
What an unpredictable bunch too! I think there should be a law against holding a national and international ASKickers party. It would be too dangerous, especially if there were alcohol served.
